Can a service Ticket have a dollar amount associated with it?

We want to have a dollar amount associated with our tickets so we can see the amount lost in our retention tickets and be able to track quoting more efficiently. Is it possible to have this feature in the service hub?

Hi @APatterson9,

Have you considered adding a custom number property (formatted as currency) and adjusting the ticket card accordingly? That would be the quickest way to solve this.

You could then also build custom ticket reports including this new field.

What if we want to see the deal amount in a ticket field. I don't understand why some fields will work in both and others you need to create custom field and have to manually polpulate.
