Can a bot end action be to go into a live chat?

I am new to creating chat flows and bots, and it seems like it would be possible to have a bot get to a certain point, and then ask the question, would you like to speak to a live specialist, and then have it go into the normal chat. Would anyone know how to do this?  Thank you in advance!

Yes, you can do this using the 'Send to a team member' action, like in this example:

Would you happen to know how to check the members of each team or how to set up the different teams for the 'send to team member' action?

Teams are created and managed in the Users and Teams area of the portal settings.
