Can I use tickets to track pending payments?

I currently use an external application to create legal electronic invoices but would like to send a copy of them to Hubspot so other people of my team can do follow up of payments and eventually paste a picture of the bank transfer/deposit voucher.
I was thinking of using the Tickets for this purpose but it seems that it won't work, so I was wondering if I you can suggest me any other solution.

Hey @virtualorbis. I'm not an expert on this but you can upload files to Hubspot using the file manager API: https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/files/post_files

If you need to associate that file with a contact, you can use the id of the file you just uploaded and attach it to a contact using the engagements API (there's an attachments array in the JSON payload): https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/engagements/create_engagement.
