Block Sender vs Mark as Spam

Résolue

In the Conversations Inbox, what is the difference between "Block Sender" and "Mark as Spam"?  What happens if I choose one or the other for spamming incoming emails?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Arun_Opto22,

Both "Block Sender" and "Mark as Spam" will move the conversation into the Filtered view (left sidebar). Marking an email as spam only applies to the current thread, see the "Please note" box here. Blocking an email address will move any emails from them to the Filtered view.
