Blank Screen when opening ticket from Outlook

When clicking on the link to "View Ticket" from Outlook, a blank screen opens.  How can this be corrected?

@LeeW  It sounds like your permissions are preventing you from seeing the ticket. It's likely that your permissions only allow you to see the objects that you own, and there is a workflow that is notifying a team that you are part of which is why you receive the email. 


Solution: check your permissions and see if you are assigned owned only objects, then verify if the ticket is owned by another user in the account.
