Being able to download all attachments on a ticket without having them sent via email

When you select a single attatchment and download, it will download directly to the browser, but when you select multiple it sends an email to you or you get a notification to download a zip folder depending on your preferences.

It would be great if this was improved to be able to download directly to the browser from the download button, instead of having to either go into your emails, or find the notification and click download again.
