Banned from own account after setting up a newsletter

After setting up the free account, I wanted to test send a newsletter to a colleague and myself. Now it seems that I have been kicked out of the account (according to the sales person from the HubSpot chat).

@I_Gurevich did the newsletter bounce? did you get a suspension notice? can you provide more details about what type of help you are looking for here?
