Average chat response time per agent stuck at 0

Hi all,

I am using a bar graph in the reports dashboard to show the average chat response time per agent but somehow the counter stays at 0 despite of 2 months testing.

Is this just a bug?

Hey @NvanSpaandonk

 

This looks to be a filter issue, without really seeing the filters, I would say maybe you're looking at a different inbox/ticket pipeline?  Might be worth checking those out along with the creation date of the conversations.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I don't think it could be a filter issue as i have not filtered anything specific.
It is like a standard report i got from the report library.

@NvanSpaandonk Gotcha, I believe this report is the live chat function.  Are you look at that or just tickets/shared inboxes?
