I am using a bar graph in the reports dashboard to show the average chat response time per agent but somehow the counter stays at 0 despite of 2 months testing.
Is this just a bug?

This looks to be a filter issue, without really seeing the filters, I would say maybe you're looking at a different inbox/ticket pipeline? Might be worth checking those out along with the creation date of the conversations.
