I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for creating a response time property using custom properties? I attached an example of what I am working on below. Basically, I just want to know all of the response times versus just the first response time that HubSpot offers us. I feel like I should be able to do it within this custom property or somewhere. Thanks!
You can use a way around here: To create a custom property in HubSpot that tracks all response times, not just the first response time, you can utilize the calculation property type.
Here's how:
In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
Navigate to Properties, then click Create property.
Enter the property's basic information, then click Next.
Select Calculation as the property's Field type, then click Build calculation.
Choose a calculation type that allows you to aggregate or calculate the differences in response times as needed.

This does not actually really help that much as I knew that I could do it with a calculated property, but need assistance with which properties/fields to use to actually calculate overall response time.
