Autoresponse for customers so they know when to expect an answerSOLVE

It'd be nice if HubSpot could have an autoresponse capability so that when customers e-mailed us, they could have an idea of when we'd respond instead of sending multiple e-mails frantically hoping to grab our attention and filling up our support inbox.
Is this in the works, and if so, when can we begin to use it?

I've not heard a feature like this mentioned, so I don't think we can expect anything to be released soon.
However, if you have Service Hub Professional and the Marketing Hub, you can create a ticket based workflow that sends a marketing email out to the contact.
