Automation platform keeps assigning tickets to wrong person.

Hi all,
Recently I changed a company(client) old owner to a new owner. However, the automation platform keeps assigning new tickets from this specific company to the old owner.
I have also checked all the customer emails from this company and they are all set to the new owner.

Thanks @DRasaitear, well that's not as useful as I expected, haha. I'd recommend taking this to HubSpot support (purple help widget in the bottom right corner of the HubSpot app).

Could you navigate to the ticket record, click the "View all properties" button in the left sidebar and search for "ticket owner"?
When you hover over the search result, a "Details" button should appear. When you click it, a sidebar will open. Can you share a screenshot of that sidebar?
