Automatically create a ticket note with ticket description

Hey all,

Is it possible to set up a workflow that automatically creates a note in a Ticket that contains the Ticket description?

Hi @marcodirk,

This is not possible at this stage. There aren't any workflow actions for creating notes. Other users have already requested this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community, the product team is however currently not planning to implement this. I'd still recommend to upvote the thread and add a comment – the product team might come around and re-evaluate.
