Automatically close ticket when the associated conversation is closed

Hi,
I'm trying to set up a workflow to close the ticket associated to a conversation that has been closed because now it's easy to close a conversation but not the ticket.
Thank you - this worked to close the "ticket" when closing the "associated conversation".
However, it just closes the ticket immediately, witihout users having to fill out the dependant properties for the closed ticket stage.
These include "Ticket Resolution, Ticket Category", etc.
When a user manually closes a ticket, they are required to fill out all of these dependant properties before they can move the ticket to closed.
With this conversation/ticket workflow, the ticket bypasses the required properties pop up form and just closes the ticket immediately with empty fields (resolution etc)
