It would be great if hubspot provided a feature that enabled and disabled automatic ticket assignment. In additon, receiving a notifcation when a new ticket as been created (and not only assigned to me as the agent).
Hi @SAmor@SAmor you can definitely switcj automatic ticket assignment off. Go to Settings > Inbox. Pick the relavant inbox and then under channels select relevant channel. Click on the edit option and now you can disable it. For Notifying thr entire team, you can have a simple workflow where with each new ticket the entire service team gets notified. Hope it helps
