We would like the 'Tickets' dashboard in HubSpot to auto-refresh. The servicedesk would like to see the most recent version of this overview at all times as multiple people work on these tickets.
I think this is a great request, I'd recommend logging it in the Ideas forum so that it can be upvoted and properly tracked by the Product team, it might get more eyes there than it would here. Let us know when you do, I'd happily upvote it myself!
