Auto Select "FROM" address on email replies sent from Tickets

We have contact us forms creating tickets from several different branded site domains.  We have an inbox for each brand, and a separate email for each brand & inbox.


The tickets are all routed to one central pipeline.  so CSRs may be working a ticket for one brand and then another brand right after it.


We want to create a customer ticket information property that is auto set when the form comes in with the "from" email address (easy)


Here is the question, can we have the new customer property auto populate the "FROM" for any email reply sent on that ticket?

Currently, this is not a functionality of the tool. If you would like to see this implemented in the future, I would recommend sharing this idea in our ideas forum.
