Audit/Admin Logs: Team members login/log out time stamps

Team members login/log out timestamps:

Use case: 
A teammate mentioned that a conversation got assigned to him when he is away.
There is no way I can confirm if his status was away when the conversation was assigned, isn't it?
We have to rely upon the assumption that the system didn't register his status change.
An Audit/Admin Log which shows the user login activity would be awesome.
Please suggest.
