Attachments and images can't be displayed

Hi Foks,

 

We're having trouble with missing attachments in customer emails. When we get emails from customers, attachments aren't showing up in the email tickets or the conversation inbox. We're also seeing the error message [Attachments and images can't be displayed" just in the inbox (for the same email).

 

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?1.PNG

Please verify that the integration is set up correctly and that there are no conflicts causing attachment display issues.

Also, review the email settings within HubSpot to ensure that attachments are allowed and properly configured.
