Attach new inbox conversation to existing ticket

SOLVE

In the conversations inbox, if you don't have auto ticket creation enabled, you get a button to create a ticket.

 

Often in our case, the conversation is a spin-off of an existing ticket.

 

Our current flow is to create a ticket, hunt for the other, and merge.

 

It would be far easier if we could just have an "Associate with Existing Ticket" button right next to the "Create Ticket" button.
