Attach documents automatically into tickets

We're trying to generate tickets on an LP right now.
This works great via workflow: merging our generated contact property and the ticket property "problem description".
In the form on the LP we can provide a file upload, i.e. the document is then contained in the contact's database.
Is there any way to display this contact property "File Upload" inside the ticket too?
