Any way to set not to create a ticket with specific subject email

resolver

Hi everyone,

We had set up a shared team email. Sometimes we had some internal notifications to send to this team email. Somehow Hubspot is alway pulling all emails from team email to create tickets. I was wondering if there is a way to set on Hubspot not to pull those emails (not to create tickets) that subjuect includes "Internally".

Thanks in advance

Hi @utmostx,

As far as I know, this is not possible. The only options available can be found under Settings > Inbox > Allow & Deny list. You could hypothetically add your internal notification address to the deny list. These emails would land in the spam folder and would not create tickets. It would be cleaner however to not have these notifications sent to the ticket inbox to begin with.

Alternatively, if you have access to ticket-based workflows, you could automatically close tickets with certain names. (However, this would muddy reporting.)

If you want this to be a feature, you can request it from the HubSpot product team by submitting a post in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community.

Hope this helps!
