As @JStan18 kindly pointed out, there was an issue with the ticket pipeline tool in HubSpot.
I wanted to share this incident report from our status page. It looks like it has been fully resolved: "The incident has been fully resolved and ticket pipelines should be working properly. No data was lost."
If you are still experiencing this issue and are a paying customer, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support. They will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
