All Tickets Disappeared

All of my tickets disappeared today. I use tickets to fill orders, and with Christmas coming up, I need those tickets back ASAP. Please help!

As @JStan18 kindly pointed out, there was an issue with the ticket pipeline tool in HubSpot.

 

I wanted to share this incident report from our status page. It looks like it has been fully resolved: "The incident has been fully resolved and ticket pipelines should be working properly. No data was lost." 

 

If you are still experiencing this issue and are a paying customer, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support. They will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.

A notice just popped up for me that they're having issues with pipelines. Seems like that's the issue.

Same thing happened to us. All tickets from the last year are gone.
