Adding notification email to new chat conversations?

At the moment, only my private email recieves a notification when a new visitor at our webpage starts a new chat conversation. How do i add or change email account so that more people will receive a notification when a visitor is trying to chat with us?
You can customize what notifications you get in the notifications section. The notifications are set up to notify the owner of the chat, or when the chat is unassigned or reassigned, however if you set up all of your chats to start as unassigned and ensure all of your users have the notification set up, that may be a solution.
