Add Unsubscribe reason

SOLVE

I noticed we don't have the option to add or edit the unsubscribe reason. Wonder if there is a better way we can add or edit to understand the reason user unsubscribe the newsletter?

Hi @SVoon,

 

Aside from custom coding your own unsubscribe page, I'm not aware of any options to achieve this.

 

There has been an ongoing request here for a while: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Email-Opt-Out-Reason-and-What-Email-made-them-unsubsc...

 

The request is marked as in planning, however the product manager Tyler Scionti has left HubSpot a while ago. Still, I'd recommend upvoting and commenting. The product team reviews these requests based on their popularity.

 

You can also help others find the request more easily (and drive traction) by accepting my reply as a solution. I'd appreciate it, too.
