Acount problem

Hello ,

I had an Hubspot account and have used it to send mails. Today when i tried to login to that account am told that my mail does not exist. I contactet the chat who tried to help bud after we didnt find a soulution se refered me to this forum. 

The whoman at tha chat told me my acount was active, but still i got the message that my mail didnt exsist. 

I have created a new acout whith the same mail. No i dont have my history and contacts. 
Can someone plese help me out?

Hi @DPetrovski ,

 

I looked at your account information and 7785571 is indeed an active account. However, it looks like your email dxxxxxr@ixxxxxxxxe isn't an user in this account.

Therefore, you'll first need to add  dxxxxxr@ixxxxxxxxe  as a new user in order to login with this email. (Knowledge base: Add and remove users)
