I need to achieve the following:
- Ensure tickets have their appropriate tags for reporting
- Ensure the Conversations Inbox is optimized for a smooth Chat support experience
Currently, there are Required Ticket Property prompts whenever we change their stage on the ticket status on the right hand side.
However, this does not work for times when we click 'Close Conversation' or other actions, making it difficult to prompt the team to fill in properties before it closes off.
Ensuring that we can prompt the support team member to use it will help us figure this out.
