AI/Integration Suggestions to Read Tone of Email

Does anyone have any suggestions for an AI tool or integration that can read the tone of incoming Help Desk emails and assign a label to them? For example, can tell us if the tone is angry, happy, neutral, etc. based off of phrases that are present in the message. I know other platforms have this, so just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for this versus having to create a property and manually choose a tone. Thanks!

Hi there! Sounds interesting. If you haven't solved this yet, we might be able to help. Our AI tool works with Hubspot properties and can enrich other ones, so if there's no mapping issue, it should be able to do that. Drop me a DM, we'll do a trial run for you 🙂

Hey @ETvelia, great question! Being able to analyze the tone of emails can be such a game-changer for prioritizing and personalizing responses.

This is precisely what we’ve built with ExactTempo, but it doesn’t stop at tone. In addition to identifying tone (angry, happy, neutral, etc.), ExactTempo can also analyze other properties like intent, severity, language, and more. It uses AI to automatically update ticket properties based on these insights, so your team doesn’t have to do it manually.

If this sounds like it could help, you can check out ExactTempo in the HubSpot App Marketplace. Let me know if you’d like to know more—I’d be happy to help!

Hey @ETvelia, thank you for posting in our Community!

There are AI tools that can analyze the tone of emails and automatically assign labels like angry, happy, or neutral. This can streamline your process and provide quick insights into customer emotions without the need for manual input.

To our top experts @Bryantworks and @Josh do you have any recommendations for @ETvelia matter?

Thank you,

Pam
