404 page error Help 😞

SOLVE

Hey @craig1972

you have to disconnect the domain in HubSpot and once you're connecting it again, put in all the provided informations into GoDaddy.

And to answer the question you've asked Pam - yes, you have to put in the "A" records into GoDaddy.

Just a tip:
I wouldn't recommend to share screenshots of your domain settings in the community since technically anyone could use them to connect a different domain to your HS account 😉

best,

Anton

Hey @craig1972

you should have get also some A records provided by HubSpot which you have to put into the domain settings(GoDaddy).

My recommendation would be to disconnect the domain and try connecting it again

Anton

I never knew that anyone could use my settings to connect to a different domain i'm trusting the hubspot community to not do any bad practices like that ðŸ˜€

Hey @craig1972 thank you for posting in our Community!

This could be due to the form's email validation settings or spam filtering rules. I recommend checking the validation rules in the form settings to ensure that ".ca" domains aren’t being restricted.

@Anton, @ josh and @trevorsendworks any recommendations for @craig1972?

Thank you,

Pam
