WA message initiation from Helpdesk associated number

SOLVE

Hello,

 

We recently integrated the customer success whatsapp number to the helpdesk.

 

I am not able to send messages or to add templates (through META developer).

 

On HubSpot am getting this message:

Can you please advise?

Thank you for sharing this screenshot. Please check if the WhatsApp Business account is properly connected, if your Meta permissions allow messaging and template creation, and if the templates are approved in Meta Business Manager.

 

 If everything looks correct but the issue persists, try reconnecting the integration. (More information here)

Thank you so much @PamCotton for your guidance. Am struggling with the sync of my personal account with the company's META business suite. Will give it some time to try it out with a colleague.
