Trello Zapier Hubspot Intergration

SOLVE

Hi All,

I have two issues with our HubSpot at the moment:

  1. I’m trying to figure out how to retrieve the specific Numerical ID of a user from HubSpot that can be used in Trello. Does anyone know how to do this?

  2. We’ve changed the owners for three users in HubSpot. How can I replace the old owner of a specific email with the new owner?

Hi @ECanicosa,

You can find the ID of a user under Settings > Properties > Search properties > type 'Contact owner' and click it > click 'Field type' in left siddebar. You'll now see each user with their user ID in the column 'Internal name'.

Should you be referring to contacts in your CRM, not users, then simply look up the value for 'Record ID' for a contact. This is also the second number in the URL when you open a contact record.

Regarding your second question, I'm not sure I fully understand. Do you want to change the owner for three contacts? If so, this is how you can update the owner for records: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/how-to-set-a-record-owner

If you mean something else, please give an example / share a screenshot / provide more detail.
