Send SMS to myself as a notification when an invoice being paid occurs

Hi! How do i send a SMS to myself as a form of a notification. Say for example, if an invoice is paid, i want to know via SMS. is this possible? I don't see an option in workflows to choose the send to number.

HubSpot's native notification system only supports email notifications, desktop notifications (bell, pop-up, and browser), and mobile app notifications - not SMS. This feature has been requested but I am unsure of the roadmap delivery.

Today you need to involve a 3rd party solution, for example:

• Salesmsg Integration (Easiest Setup)
• Sakari Integration (as suggested)
• Or another HubSpot SMS integration, there are multiple to choose from.
• If you have data hub / ops hub: Set up a custom-coded action to send a Webhook to an SMS Service
• Send a formatted Email to an SMS Gateway

If you are not already paying for the HubSpot SMS add-on for sending texts to contacts, the above options are likely to all be at a lower cost.

For information, the post was on an older thread (here for reference: "Sakari SMS Text Messaging Integration"), so I moved it for more visibility.

When looking at the Sakari SMS documentation, it seems that when using the "Sakari SMS" integration, you should be able to add the “Send SMS” action in your workflow.
