Recommend a Blog Post Generation App

I am looking to do the following with a 3rd Party Content Creation App.  One use case is too have the app generate blog post ideas as well as the ability to request X number of articles. 

• Create Blog articles in scale
• Relevant and Accurate Data
• All price levels considered from free to paid subscription.
• Content to range from easy ready to technical Overviews
• Ability to input source material like webpages, pdfs.
• SEO
• Easy Interface

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
