Lost customer context between support and sales teams
Difficulty finding what matters in cluttered timelines
What we built
✅One clean note per conversation: Single, formatted timeline entry with full transcript and attachments ✅Intelligent contact/company matching: Email, phone, and custom property matching with zero duplicates ✅One-click ticket creation: Create HubSpot tickets from Intercom with bi-directional status sync ✅Noise guards: Filter out bot conversations and spam automatically ✅Embedded inbox app (Intercom): View HubSpot data and create tickets without leaving Intercom
In case anyone stumbles upon this, I will leave a few links:
Congrats on the launch @tkhalil! 🎉 Interhubz looks like a huge upgrade for anyone using both platforms. The streamlined timeline and easy ticket creation are especially impressive.

Hey @tkhalil , congrats on the launch. Cleaning up timeline noise between Intercom and HubSpot is a very real pain point, so focusing on a single, readable conversation entry already puts you ahead of most connector setups I’ve seen.
The “one note per conversation” approach is especially interesting. Timeline pollution is one of those issues teams only realize is killing adoption once sales and support stop trusting the CRM history. The noise guards and bot filtering also feel very pragmatic. In practice, that’s usually where integrations fall apart, they sync everything, not what’s actually useful.
One thing I’m curious about, and feel free to ignore if it’s too detailed for this thread: how configurable is the matching logic once you’re past email? In a lot of real-world HubSpot portals, email alone isn’t enough, especially with shared inboxes or legacy data, so having clear control over which properties are authoritative tends to matter a lot over time.
Nice contribution to the ecosystem, and appreciate you sharing concrete screenshots and demos instead of just marketing claims. Hope the launch momentum continues.
