Is there any tool that I can use that is similar to Pandadoc?

Hi,

We originally used Pandadoc to send contracts to customers using a template. However, due to ongoing issues with Pandadoc, we're looking to switch to a different tool.

In our setup, we mapped the document fields in Pandadoc to HubSpot, so whenever a contract is signed and returned, the information syncs automatically to a HubSpot deal. Additionally, any existing information in the deal would populate the document when generating it for the customer.

I'm looking for an alternative that offers similar functionality. I tried Docusign, but it only supports text field mapping, while we need other field types, such as dropdowns and radio buttons, which aren’t supported there.

Any recommendations?

We have an app for HubSpot called Portant. It it will give you more control over the data included in your documents (including using any Custom Property or perfoming custom calulations on the properties). We use Google Docs or Slides to allow you to design the Proposal to look exactly the way you want it to. I made a short 60s video about it here:

some of our clients use Oneflow

it has a great integration with HubSpot

using the properties, syncing into records,  esignature, automations and much more.

You can look at their website or if you want more info let me know .
