HubSpot and Calendly Integration

Hello,

If I am a HubSpot superadmin, am I able to set up Calendly integration for users on my team? Or do I have to work with each one individually to set up the integration on their account?

For those familiar with Calendly, the same question applies. Could I do it via my Calendly account for everyone or should I work with each person?

Hi, so theres no way around that using the native integration. You'll have to use an external automation tool like Make or Zapier in order to specify calendars/organizations

I spoke with some other users on a similar topic and would love to share my findings.

This integration has to be done one by one. This is because you need to connect their individual Calendly accounts to HubSpot. Unfortunately, there is not an option to do an account-wide install.

Hi! I'm noticing that with the calendly integration, it syncs everybody's calendars in my org, not just one or two specific calendars. Can you help me troubleshoot this ?
