Calling availability property through integration Maqsam

We need to make an integration with site for calling called Maqsam that include all our work but we need to check (At Maqsam , We have like a status part that shows the availbilty of the employee if he has call or not, So it's like an instant updated property) so do you think the integration can help to provide the same instant status....

I am not very well aware of Maqsam, so if it provides a webhook that can be triggered on status change, then you can create a HubSpot custom property and update it using the API provided API by HubSpot. You can find the HubSpot contact API in this doc -

Just need to make sure of this to be able to use this avialabilty part and make rotation like using workflows according sales team availabilty if any client come through form, it goes to the aviable one to start call or chat with him
