What an innovative idea! If I understood correctly, your software automatically joins Zoom meetings, creates notes, and posts them on CRM records in HubSpot? Does the software post the entire meeting transcript or just selected highlights?

To answer your question, we only capture the important highlights, not the entire transcript.

Indeed our solution auto-joins Zoom meetings as your personal assistant to capture important notes and stores those notes for each contact that joined the Zoom meeting. You can set up your own phrases to indicate the important meeting moments, fully customizable.

For example you can say whenever I say "to summarize our next steps" - during a Zoom meeting, it will capture everything that follows as your Follow up notes and stores it directly in your HubSpot account (or your email inbox - or both!)

It's extremely helpful to for example add all your Sales Discovery Questions and capture the questions and answers automatically to save up to 15 min after each call on admin and communication work.
