Upload image in Market place providers

Hi

I need some help uploading my brand image to the file manager to use in "Marketplace providers". 

I made a request to allow me upload a file but then i got this email:

It clearly indicates email sending will remain locked, but I requsted to be able to upload image files.

Any heelp would be really appreciated,
