WhatsApp marketing templates not synchronizing in HubSpot templates

Hello everyone,

Recently I was experimenting with WhatsApp API that is connected to our Meta and tried to create a couple of different types of templates. 

I noticed that I have no issues synchronizing the Utility templates but my Marketing templates are not synchronizing at all, even though they are validated by Meta.

You can see on my screenshots that all the Utility templates are in HubSpot but none of the marketing ones. 

I have found 0 doc that says that I can't synchronize the Marketing templates in HubSpot.

Thank you for your reply. I have already tried reconnecting WhatsApp to HubSpot and it didn't change anything. If the formatting was wrong, than the utility templates wouldn't be synchronized neither but they are. As for the doc about the right formats of the templates for HubsPot, I can't find any doc about it. So, no solution for now.

Here's the only mention of templates types that is mentionned there. My templates that did not synchronize are the marketing (promotional) ones that should synchronize according to this doc:
