What's the maximum size for videos on social uploaded through Hubspot?

The help page only talks about length, nothing about weight.

I thought it was 512MB, I don't know where I saw that. I'm trying to upload a video that's 98MB and it's not loading, there's an error every time, but the error doesn't actually say what went wrong, it just says "An error occurred Your file could not be uploaded." 

Other than that, the video in question is 16:9 and MP4.

Hi there,

There isn't a strict limit on size of your documents like video, but I do know that the larger the file the more likely it is that the file could crash or an error could occur. I know we tend to advise that once a file is less than 1gb in size then you shouldn't see upload errors occur.

@SeanReid my video is under 0.1GB, so I don't think it could be a size error. What other things can cause errors when a video is under the weight limit, the right aspect ratio and MP4 format?

Just to clarify, the error message is super generic - it doesn't say anything about the potential problem or tips for troubleshooting, so I'm not sure what to do next.
