Use Marketing Hub Workflows for automated social posts

Is it possible to use HubSpot Marketing Hub Workflows to 

- Post to my company Facebook page

- Post to my company LinkedIn profile

- Post to my private LinkedIn group

When we send our promotional emails, we typically also make social posts.  I'm tired of doing that manually!

Open to all ideas including plug-ins and work-arounds.

Can we use it for Instagram or Honista Instagram for scheduling posts?

HubSpot workflows can’t post to social media directly. That is only doable using their schedulers.

What you can do:

1. Manual workaround

Add a workflow step to create a task or Slack reminder:

“Post to Facebook + LinkedIn. Link to email: {{email URL}}”

2. Zapier workaround

Use Zapier/Make:

•Trigger: marketing email sent

•Action: create social post in Buffer or Hootsuite

3. Pre-write content

Save post copy as snippets or notes, link them in the workflow.

At least for LinkedIn I know that there are plenty of other tools like highperformr.ai that allow scheduled postings (and much more).

Thanks.  That's the social scheduler.  My twist is that I want to put this in a workflow and trigger posts only in certain conditions (e.g. we haven't booked enough sponsor meetings for an event).  Any thoughts on that?  Third-party tools?

HubSpot Marketing Hub can post to Facebook and LinkedIn company pages.

As far as I know, LinkedIn groups are not yet supported by HubSpot.

Hey @ChrisMiami! Great question. While it is not possible in HubSpot native workflow tools, you can explore all native ways to post to social media from HubSpot. 

I want to invite some subject matter experts to see if they have any suggestions for any integrations or workarounds.
