Trouble re-connecting social accounts

I've recived notifications saying to I need to reauthorise my social accounts which i've done on the Hubspot>Social settings, however, it doesn't seem to change the status of the account??

 

The social accounts that are expiring soon still haven't changed? Not sure if it's a bug or not but nothing seems to have changes since I tried reconnecting.

 

Any help on this?

Hi @ASehmbi! Yep....that's annoying. When it happens to me it is because of cookie or browser caching issues on my side. Other's in my account have shown that the accounts are hooked up and fine, but for some reason they don't appear that way to me. 

 

Clear cookies, clear cache, shut everything down, shutdown the computer, reboot, relogin... You might even try downloading a completely different browser that you've never used and making sure that no blockers or other settings are getting in your way when viewing your Hubspot account. If you have anone else in your account who can check on the Social Accounts and let you know what they see, that can be helpful. 

 

All of these things are what Support will probably ask you about if you need to contact them to find out what's going on. So, better to get them all out of the way first. Please let us know what you try and if there are any changes.
