Tracking Social Media Likes & Reactions Separately on a Dashboard

SOLVE

Hi! My team has created a social media dashboard for our Social Media Manager to keep track of all of our social media platforms. Right now, it looks like HubSpot does not track likes/reactions. The program combines them together as an "interaction." Our team is looking to track growth specifically with likes and reactions. Does anyone know if it's possible to seperate these two from the "interaction" property?

I've integrated a few different solutions over the years for various marketing teams. But when you say connecting to Hubspot, for what do you mean? In cases like Sprout Social or Hootsuite they connect to Hubspot, but typically to the service Hub. There are also services like Buffer which were pretty robust for social needs, but didn't integrate with Hubspot. Then for reporting, SEMRush has some nice features built into it that would compliment an overall content strategy with organic search.

Hi! It appears that HubSpot combines likes and reactions into a single "interaction" metric. Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn't currently offer a built-in way to separate these metrics within their dashboard.

To track likes and reactions separately, you might need to use a third-party social media analytics tool or export the data from HubSpot and manually separate the metrics using a spreadsheet or custom report. Alternatively, you can explore other social media management platforms that provide more detailed analytics.

For creating engaging social media content, you can find some great options where video editing free apps  can be used to enhance your posts.

Not as far as I am aware. Typically I find that businesses outgrow Hubspot features like the social one and opt for more robust solutions as their needs grow. Depending on what you need to track, how many accounts, etc. there are a decent amount of solutions out there to help your social media manager create the robust reporting you need.

What solutions do you recommend? Are there any that can integrate into Hubspot directly?
