I am currently reporting on our social media engagement and have noticed that 'shares' are coming through as 0 (or at most 2) across all channels when I know that there are more than that.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can resolve this issue?
@EWaters the answer may depend on a few factors. Are the posts published through HubSpot? Or in the platform? Did you set up HubSpot to track data even when it's published outside of HubSpot? Is this looking at Facebook?
