Social reporting with engagement goals

Hello!

I'm trying to get some social media goal in our reporting and dashboards.

 

For example, I would like to set engagement goals per social media, then view my actual stats compared to said goals in my reports/dashboard.

 

Any way to do this in HubSpot? Is it on a roadmap somewhere?

What are your engagement goals you would like to see related to social media?

Currently, Goals   ( more information here you can create user-specific quotas for sales and services teams.

 

About the reports, you are able to analyze social reports as this article explains more here.

 

Below are the reports available in the social tool. Each report presents different engagement data, split out by network.

 

  • Audience
  • Published Posts
  • Interactions
  • Clicks

 

I will also be included in this conversation some of our top contributors, @mike-ward@mikedupuy@MAC-MCB, would you like to share some thoughts about what @SamStAmour would like to achieve?

Thank you for the reply!

 

What I would actually like to do is to set engagement goals per social media channel (ex.: Facebook : 20 likes/month, 5 shares / month, etc.) and then have a way to compare these goals to actual data when I look at reports. Similar to what we can do with sales goals, but for social media engagement.

At the moment this is not currently possible in HubSpot.

 

I would highly recommend you to please post this idea at our ideas forum (here).

Our product team, who monitors the forum regularly, can read your specific use case and understand why this would be a useful functionality or change. It also helps other customers facing the same issue to advocate for its implementation on your behalf by upvoting on the thread as well.
