Social monitoring alerts now sending twice per day

I have two social monitoring streams saved with a notification set to go at 8am each day. This week, which lines up with when daylight savings ended in the US (may be linked, may have nothing to do with it), it's started sending twice per day, once at 8am local (NZ) time as it normally does, and then once at 2am local time. 

 

It's no real issue for me, but some might want to take a look at it, as it's clearly not the intended behaviour.
