Social listening not working

I've connected a few social feeds for monitoring for any @ Mentions, but I'm getting nothing. I even tested and posted an instagram post and mentioned an account and i dont see it registered with HubSpot. Not sure if I'm getting this right. Is it monitoring posts with the @ name tagged, or is it only in comments?

Hi @mohamedhamad these are the types of events that can be monitored with HubSpot social streams:

You can also set up social listening for each of the accounts you have connected.

The social streams tool for Instagram is currently in Beta, user mentions on your posts or theirs should display in HubSpot, with these exceptions:

Thanks for that. Lots of gaps in the tool, especially for instagram. Hope it develops more soon
