Social Scheduling Down? Will not let me schedule content.
Hello.
This started happening last week and I am having issues scheduling video content. The post does not react to me clicking "schedule" and just does nothing. I then exit the screen and it shows as a draft. I have tried deleting, restarting, and cloning - but nothing makes it actually schedule.
This does look strange. Would you mind trying to clear your cache following those steps, as well as trying with another browser and with an incognito window?
If this is still happening, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and specific examples about this.

Thank you for this. I cleared everything and tried from a different browser as you suggested. Still does not solve the issue - it seems to "freeze out" when scheduling or updating the posts.
I will get in touch with tech support as recommended. Thanks for the help.

@TitiCuisset can you check once with support team might be cache in this portal because I think @MBabin is doing everything correct and doing same from months so I think Support team have to look this once what happend with this portal.
