Set an alert for your contacts who mention on twitter
SOLVE
It would be more useful if we could set up an alert / workflow for when an exisiting contact mentions us on twitter. That could be a great lead to follow up on, and should go to our sales person who was in contact with that person rather than be treated like other incoming twitter mentions.
